EURO GALACTIK CUP
Jetix wanted to create an on-air event to forge a link between their popular animated series Galactik Football and the Euro 2008 football tournament. The concept was to cast kids and have them pretending to be football pundits, sat in a studio talking about the preceding shows and analyzing them like they would a football match.The characters and style had to be clearly identifiable to the target audience as the show we were making fun off. The channel wanted to get a strong element of humour in these continuity spots so good casting and scripting was essential.
